Registration Begins: July 28th

The Team Draw will be Sunday, August 24^th

We will accept late registrations but players will be placed where openings are available.

Uniforms will be sold Separately.

The cost of Registration does NOT include the uniforms.

You may use the OCYSL uniforms you already own – make sure they still fit!

Uniforms cost is $35.00 which include two jerseys (one blue and one silver), one pair of shorts, and one pair of socks

Uniforms can be purchased

at OCYSL Shed

located on Santa Cruz Avenue (just north of Mountain View Middle School next to the South end of the football field)

During the following times:

Saturday, August 23^rd, 2008 from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm

Saturday, August 30^th, 2008 from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm

Thursday, September 11^th ,2008 from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm

Family Discounts Are Available

Discounts for siblings are available as follows:

1^st Child: Full Registration Fee

2^nd Child: $5.00 Discount

3^rd Child: $10.00 Discount

4^th Child: $15.00 Discount

Special Note:

Make a note at the bottom of your registration form of the following:

· if your are a returning player, please make note of your jersey number

· a request for which coach you would like to play with

· your preference to practice on Monday/Wednesdays or Tuesday/Thursdays

· the name of a friend you would like to play with
